  1. One thing that I am learning is paeitnce. I am 23 and am looking to be mentored into a leader. I know that I do not have things figured out and I am looking to be lead by a great leader so in turn can lead others.Where I need paeitnce is finding someone to mentor me along. After striking out a couple of times with leaders I respect I am trying to remain faithful and patient in knowing that God is leading me to someone who can show me the ropes It does get frustrating for guys my age. I feel like we are kind of left on our own and expected to figure it out and then by age 35 we will start to develop into a leader. I know of a couple of guys, including myself, who have a servants heart and the gift of leadership and want to be shaped by someone, it just seems like leaders are get caught up in their own leadership and don’t look to lead other young leaders.
